Deliverables: as most of you are working, we are allotting 3 months to complete the 6 modules online course and take the final. All candidates whom pass will automatically be added to the PCL network and will be prompted in the completion email to set-up the 30 minute consult with CEO and Founder, Chef Michelle Law, CV and food photo review, the full e-workbook including templates for preference sheets, purchase orders, principal feedback/menus, vendor template, record keeping, and more.
